Nihonzo by Nihonzo

Nihonzo has no user accounts and keeps no data about you on our servers (see the Privacy Policy). Everything the App stores is on your device.

Data stored on your phone

Uninstall the App. Your study progress, bookmarks, settings, AI key and history, saved video lessons and the copy of your purchase history are deleted immediately.

On iPhone and iPad, a random install ID and the date the App was first opened stay in the device's secure storage (Keychain) after uninstalling, so the free trial isn't given twice. They never leave your device and contain nothing about you; erasing the device removes them.

Purchases

Your purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. Manage them with your Apple ID or Google account. After reinstalling, “Restore purchases” in the App brings back what you bought.

AI providers and other services

To stop an AI provider from keeping your AI requests, manage or delete your account with that provider. News sites and YouTube are covered by their own policies.

Emails you sent us

Email nihonzoofficial@gmail.com with the subject “Nihonzo data deletion request” and we will delete our correspondence with you within 30 days, and confirm by email.
